Design Task
Redesign of FIZZ : Internal legacy tool used by the front office to trade and track movement of LME Warrants.
What Are LME Warrants?
A warrant is a document that gives the holder a fixed amount if a commodity. I worked on the tool used to track the movement of warrants approved by London Metal Exchange(LME).
Conducted user research to optimize information architecture and task flows & gain stakeholder sign-offs.
Created low and high fidelity wireframes and completed a developer handoff.
I was the sole designer in the project and took ownership of complete process from user studies to final prototypes and developer handoff. Based on initial studies, I planned design tasks and the timeline for the duration of my internship with the team.

Reflections & Learnings
It's Important to
- Understand niche contexts(LME and Front Desks) to provide strong design insights for web app. - Speak the language of your users and stakeholders.
Onboarding stakeholders to design
- Is a continuous process. This was my first industry project where I worked with people new to design.
