Reflections & Learnings
Learning by doing
- In fast paced cycles involves anticipate learning time.
- Ensure buffer periods for surprise situations.
Priorities Change
- To change projects requirements and that is alright.
- Updates need to be made often as vision changes.
Design features come with a price
- The price is time, effort and cost. This includes communicating interdependencies between teams.
